Wooomy Taradiddle Kegel Ball - Magenta

Wooomy Taradiddle is two weighted silicone balls moulded as one piece with a retrieval loop, 17 cm end to end, 3.5 cm across and 83 g. There is no motor, no charging and no settings to work out.

That 83 g is the whole idea. Your pelvic floor has something real to grip, and that grip is the exercise. Insert with a little water-based lubricant, wear it for a short session while you are moving around, then take it out and stop. Short and regular beats long and occasional. The IPX8 rating means water is no problem at all.

Honest note: Taradiddle sits at a single weight, so there is no lighter version to warm up on and nothing heavier to move up to later. It suits you best when you want one straightforward thing to be consistent with rather than a progressive set.
