Pelvic floor training does not have to feel clinical. "THE Kegel Weights" from Je Joué give you three progressive options: a single softer ball at roughly 47 g, a double at about 78 g then a heavier double near 106 g, so you can move up only when your body says yes.

Start with the lightest for ten to fifteen minutes a day while you potter about the house, then graduate once the first ball feels easy. Each weight is smooth silicone with a retrieval loop, and they are fully waterproof. A little water-based lubricant makes insertion effortless.
