Nothing about "The Personal Trainer" buzzes. It is two weighted purple silicone balls, roughly 30 g each, on a retrieval cord, and every bit of the work comes from your own muscles keeping them in place.

End to end it measures about 16.5 cm with roughly 12 cm insertable and 3.7 cm at the widest point, so there is enough width for your pelvic floor to grip. A little water-based lubricant makes insertion easier. Wear the balls for short stretches while you get on with an ordinary afternoon, then take them out.
