"The Mini Squeezy Ones"

Lelo makes these in three sizes and this is the smallest: 29 mm across, on a 7.3 cm silicone harness, in body-safe silicone over ABS. Lelo suggests the smaller size for women who haven't given birth, and says many women find it the easier fit at the start of menopause.

Four beads come in the set, two at 28 grams and two at 37 grams. There's no motor. The weighted cores shift as you walk and your pelvic floor answers by squeezing, which is the whole exercise. Wear one bead on its cord, or seat two in the harness once that feels easy.

A little water-based lubricant on the leading edge helps, though not so much that the beads turn slippery. Lie on your back, or stand with one knee raised. Silicone-based lubricants can leave the surface tacky. Lelo asks you to speak to your doctor before using them during pregnancy, and warrants them for two years.
