Description
Rocks-Off built the Unite Kegel Set around two weights instead of one, so you can start where you are. The larger single weight is 58 grams and easier to keep in place, and the smaller double weight is 71 grams and asks more of you once the first one feels easy.
If your body has changed after children or through menopause, this is a slow and private way to work on it. Both weights are silicone and stainless steel, about 3.1 centimetres across, with small raised nodules along the surface. Rocks-Off says those nodules give the tissue a gentle massage while your muscles work to keep the weight in.
Use a water-based lubricant, then squeeze and release rather than gripping for long stretches. Worth knowing: Rocks-Off doesn't publish a waterproof rating for the set, so keep it out of the bath. Rocks-Off has a two year guarantee on it.

- Apply water-based lube and insert the tapered end while sitting or lying down
- Leave the retrieval tail within easy reach
- Squeeze your pelvic floor for 3 seconds, then relax for 3; build up repetitions over time
- Keep your stomach and thigh muscles relaxed while you squeeze
- Start with the single 58g weight and move to the 71g double once it feels easy
- Limit wear to a couple of hours a day to avoid muscle fatigue
- Skip sessions if you feel any irritation, and check with a clinician first if pregnant or managing a pelvic condition
- Wash with warm soapy water or toy cleaner and dry fully before storing
