Are there any health benefits to using buttplugs?

There's no health claim to make here, so the useful answer is about material and care.

• Choose 100% silicone or another certified body-safe material. Silicone is non-porous and easy to sanitise, while porous jelly and vague blends can trap bacteria.

How do you use an anal toy for the first time?
