Two weighted balls in a soft silicone shell, joined and finished with a retrieval strap, about 10.5 cm from end to end. The Passion Kegel Balls have an ABS core under the silicone, and that inner weight is what creates the small shifting movement while you walk.

They go in like a tampon with a little water-based lubricant, and the strap stays outside you, so taking them out again is straightforward. Ten or fifteen minutes at home is a sensible start, while you are making supper or reading. Your pelvic floor does the quiet work of keeping them where they are, and you will feel that more on some days than others.
