The suggested protocol is gentle and repetitive: 10 to 15 minutes a day with the smallest size, plenty of water-based lubricant and no rush to move up until your body says yes. Wash each dilator before and after use and let it dry fully, since this is a set you will handle daily.

How to use
- Apply a small amount of water-based lube to the vaginal entrance and massage gently for 2 to 3 minutes
- Lube the tip of the smallest dilator and insert it slowly and progressively
- Make small in-and-out movements for 10 to 15 minutes, once a day
- Stop if you feel pain or an involuntary contraction
- Move up a size only once the current one feels fully comfortable
- Avoid oil-based lubes and Vaseline
- Wash before and after with mild soap and warm water, dry, and store in the bag
