Description
Kegel Play is a pink EasyToys Playtime set for gentle pelvic floor training without vibration. You get a lighter single ball around 60 g and a heavier double ball around 80 g, each with a soft retrieval cord and an internal moving weight. Both are silicone with ABS and rated IPX7 waterproof, so rinse-clean care is straightforward.
If you are new to kegel work, start with the single ball and a little water-based lubricant. Keep the cord outside, then practise short squeeze-and-release sessions to hold the ball in place. Move to the double ball when the lighter weight feels familiar.
After each session, wash with lukewarm water and a toy cleaner, dry fully, and store somewhere clean. Keep sessions short if your muscles feel tired.
