What is a strap-on harness?

It's the wearable half of a strap-on: adjustable straps holding a front panel with an O-ring for a dildo.

The harness holds the dildo in place so your hands are free and the movement comes from your hips. Brief-style harnesses pull on and sit snug against the body. Strap-style ones buckle at the waist and thighs, with more adjustment in the fit. Either can be worn by whoever is doing the penetrating, in any pairing. How do you use a strap-on?

How do you choose a strap-on harness?

Start with how it needs to sit on you, then check the ring against the dildo you want to wear in it.

• Fit. Adjustable waist and leg straps matter more than a stated size, because that's what stops the panel sliding once you're moving.
